Originally from Andalusia, Spain, this variety grows in ideal conditions in our orchards. It produces very fruity oils marked by notes of fresh herbs. An intense and complex oil, it presents herbaceous notes of tomato, apple, fig tree, among others, depending on its maturation. It is stable and has medium to high intensities of spice and bitterness, with diverse profiles.
